Back in 2016 when I was new to iodine, I created a simple web-based tool to convert Lugols drops to MG of iodine.
I had so much brain fog at the time that it was hard to convert people’s mentions of different strengths and drops to mg of iodine content.
So when people would say “I started with 1 drop of 2% and worked my way up to 4-5 drops of 5%” I could easily convert each of those into mg and have a better idea what they were saying.
