B12

B12, also known as Cobalamin, Cyanocobalamin, Methylcobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin, and Hydroxocobalamin is a very important nutrient that our cells use as a fuel to recycle protein back into a useable form which can be used again to generate more energy.

Most people opt for b12 injections when their b12 is low, but there is a lot more to this.

Without proper stomach acid, we cannot digest b12 we consume. Without proper glutathione levels, we cannot chaperone b12 into our cells. Without enough lithium, we are likely not signaling for a large amount of b12. So some people are focused on b12 itself while looking past some very important aspects.
